Shipping policy

All orders are shipped via UPS, unless a P.O Box is provided when checking out, ALL Unit purchases will REQUIRE a signature delivery. Please note that in the unlikely scenario if/when your package has been lost/stolen, POSH Beauty Collection will not be deemed responsible. We are NOT responsible for any lost or stolen packages. You will NOT receive a refund for lost/stolen packages. Your order will NOT be replaced**. Once an order has successfully been processed and fulfilled a tracking number will be generated. UPS updates their system every time their is update regarding the shipment. If you will not be at home on the date/time of the expected arrival you can opt to have your package held at your local UPS Store.  

**If you have purchased the shipping fee with Insurance included and you believe your package has been lost please contact us directly at contact@poshbeautycollection.com to submit a claim. We will conduct an investigation and upon the results if UPS is believed to be at fault then you can a) receive a full refund or b) have your order reprocessed which will then be processed according to our policy. Please note this investigation can take anywhere from 7-21 business days to be resolved.
