PROCESSING AND SHIPPING

PROCESSING:

  • Payment is received.

  • Order confirmation will be sent via email.

  • The processing period will begin on the NEXT business day. The processing period excludes weekends and/or holidays and follows the below time frame unless stated otherwise.

Custom Wig Orders (POSH UNITS) up to 21 business days
Hair Extensions/Lace  7-10 business days
Wig Services  7-10 business days
Ready to Ship Units  2-3 business days
Accessories 2-3 business days
  • HOLIDAY PROCESSING PERIOD: Custom Units and Hair Extensions/Lace increases up to 30 business days, WIG SERVICES increases to 14 business days and Ready to Ship Units increases to 5 business days.

  • After processing period, your shipping label will be created.

  •  You will receive an order fulfillment email with tracking number.

SHIPPING: Shipping occurs after the processing period has been completed. All orders are shipped via UPS. Please note the shipping time frame is separate from the processing period. ALL WIG ORDERS REQUIRE A SIGNATURE DELIVERY.

RETURN/REFUND POLICY

  • ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Due to the nature of this product, refunds nor exchanges will not be issued. Hair extensions nor custom units cannot be resold after being handled or worn by the buyer. 

  • Returns are only accepted when you have received the wrong item(s).

ORDER DELIVERY

  • WINDOW OF CONFIRMATION- The customer has exactly 7 days upon confirmation of delivery to contact POSH Beauty Collection regarding any concerns about their purchase. After the window has passed it will be assumed that the customer is satisfied with their purchase. 
  • We are NOT responsible for any lost or stolen packages.  Your order will not be replaced. Please ensure that the address provided is accurate and that you will be home at the time of delivery.

  • All packages come with a tracking number via UPS. UPS updates their system every time there is a change regarding your shipment. Please visit 'Tracking | UPS - United States' and enter your tracking number.

  • If you will not be home on the expected arrival date/time, you can request to have your package held at UPS nearest MyChoice location. You can change the delivery by accessing your tracking number that is sent to you via email. POSH Beauty Collection is NOT responsible for your order being 'Return to Sender' due to failure to deliver. If your package has been returned to us due to failed to deliver, the customer is responsible for a new shipping charge to cover the cost to resend the package.
